Choose a niche that you never get tired of talking about and that speaks directly to an audience that will relate to your own personal success story within that same niche. Don’t over think this, if you just lost the last 10 pounds that you’ve struggled with over the last few years, your ideal clients message could be, “Lose the last 10 stubborn pounds that fit girls struggle to overcome with these 3 diets tweaks”. Guess what! There are likely 100,000 fit girls out there that will immediately jump on board and say “This person gets me. She understands my 10 pound struggle”.  The last 10 pounds to a fit girl is as monumental as the 100 pound weight loss that an obese woman conquered on her own weight loss journey.  Body perceptions can be relative so don’t underestimate or undervalue what your niche “could be” because you only lost 10 pounds.  Turn that 10 pound weight loss into the most amazing thing that ever happened to you and tell a story around it that others can relate to.

Grab a piece of paper and make a list of 10 significant and insignificant “wins” you’ve experienced over the last 3 years.
